December's character trait is Gratitude. Stu Co kids came up with the idea of making a quilt of gratitude using paper squares for each class. I compiled a video-rich Prezi for the lesson that is pretty self-explanatory. The benefit of a Prezi, as opposed to a PowerPoint (PPT), is that I could send the Prezi link to the teachers the day before the lesson, but could still revise and edit the day of. I'm a big fan of Prezi when coordinating a campus-wide lesson because you don't run the risk of sending out a PPT with errors and having to then resend it with corrections. No one likes extra things in their inbox!
